We Are Nepal's Role Model

In 2016, SASANE Sisterhood was founded in Nepal by trafficking survivors who became its certified tour guides. What started as one woman's determination has since grown into a model recognized across the world; that tourism itself can dismantle trafficking networks.
As SASANE's certified trekking guides, hospitality professionals, and culinary experts, these women don't merely rebuild their own lives — they become leaders who earn dignified incomes, rebuild their families, and become the most powerful anti-trafficking voices in their own communities.
