  • A unique idea that would be an ongoing source of raising funds, and hence the idea for a cookbook was born. This cookbook is some of Nepali traditional Food recipes. It was an interesting feat with lots of laughs getting the recipes down on paper (in English!) as all the dishes are cooked from memory and without measurements, however, we got there in the end and It is very pleased with the result!

    • The spice measurements are very modest – where it says a teaspoon they have usually heaped teaspoons. Feel free to add more or less to your taste.
    • If you like hot dishes just add a finely chopped chili to the ingredients!
    • Finally, these recipes are all vegetarian but any of the dishes can be served as an accompaniment to chicken/ meat, or likewise have chicken/meat added to them.
